KUALA LUMPUR: AWC Bhd has received a contract worth RM62.23mil from the Health Ministry (MOH) to provide clinic support services for nineteen district clinics in Perak.
In a statement, AWC said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ambang Wira Sdn Bhd (AWSB) had received a letter of acceptance from MOH.
The contract is for a period of five years commencing from Oct 1, 2022 to Sept 30, 2027.
“This contract win from KKM is a testament to AWC’s competitiveness in healthcare support services and cements our position as a major player in the sector.,
“This new contract also broadens our healthcare support services footprint geographically into the northern zone of Peninsula Malaysia,” AWC said, adding that its presence in the healthcare support services sector has grown significantly.
